Returns the ID of a selected User. The list contains active users with the type Regular User or System Administrator User from the Sugar instance which metadata is loaded in the Project. Commonly is used to set assigned to for a record with Set Entity Attributes

Tip: is there is no needed user in the list, e.g. user is deactivated, get the user ID from the Sugar and use it in constant String:
