Create TLV Record

Requires deployed TimeLine Viewer add-on on Sugar Instance.

Creates TimeLineViewer entry.

inputs:

name – input directly in the operator or link the plain text message of the TimeLine entry. Leave it empty if Rich Text Message will be filled.

  • Required: no

target module – select from the list a target module for Timeline entry.

  • Required: yes

target id – link with the ID of the target record of Timeline entry. Usually, it is output from Get Entity Attributes with the selected field ‘ID’

  • Required: yes

timeline event type – select from the list the Event Type of Timeline entry. The list is composed based on the selected Target Module based on the corresponding records from TimeLine Events module in Sugar. If there is no needed TimeLine Event Type in the list try to refresh Sugar Metadata or create a new TimeLine Event record in Sugar and then refresh Sugar Metadata in Logic Builder.

Rich-Text Message – link the rich-text message of TimeLine Entry. Commonly link here output from Get HTML Text From Template

  • Required: yes when name is empty

Context – input context for the TimeLine Entry. Use Structure to specify the context. If empty the on ‘preview’ button of Timeline Entry there is an object record.

  • Required: no

Object ID – input an ID of the Object record for the TimeLine entry. Usually, it is output from Get Entity Attributes with the selected field ‘ID’

  • Required: no

Object Module – input the module of the Object Record. Usually, output from Dropdown Value with selected dropdown ‘moduleList’ is used.

  • Required: no

Action Date – input the date of the TimeLine entry. If empty then the action date is the date and time when the flowchart is triggered.

  • Required: no

Assigned User Id – input ID of the user to be assigned to the TimeLine entry. Usually, it is output from Get Entity Attributes with the field ‘assigned_user_id’ or Get User ID. If empty TimeLine Entry is assigned to the user from Target record.

  • Required: no

entity – created TimeLine record.
